Salisbury, MD based poultry processor Perdue is the latest U.S meat processors to join the long list of companies using the Anago Knife Sharpness Analyzer to improve their knife sharpening practices.

Perdue will be running a pilot project with the technology over the coming months at one of their 16 processing facilities to assess the impact of an objective feedback loop being placed into their knife sharpening practices.
