Trimmer Sharpness Tester – a120

The Trimmer Sharpness Tester (a120) tests trimmer blades used within the meat processing industry. It measures the sharpness of the entire circumference of the blade and produces an overall sharpness score. The a120 handles a wide range of circular trimmer blades from manufacturer Bettcher. It tests a range of blade types; straight, curved and other blade profiles.
The a120 utilizes Anago’s proven sharpness testing technology and complements the industry-leading Knife Sharpness Tester. Prototype testing has been successfully completed with a major US meat processor. For more information, contact Anago here.
