We are delighted to announce that we have made a design improvement to the knife clamping system on the Anago knife sharpness tester. We have done away with the four T-handle adjuster screws and developed a moulded lid which is simply closed on top of the knife handle and clamped in place with a single latch.

This new clamp has significantly reduced the time required to install and remove the knives being tested. The clamp is compatible with all knife handles, and is being made available as a retrofit part on all knife sharpness testers.
